Wonderful Experience! My husband and I stopped into Nativa during a leisurely weekend stroll through Cedros. We were initially drawn to a few unique items in the window. Upon entering, we were greeted by Erica Silveiri, whose personality was warm, inviting, and helpful without being pushy. As she listened to us, she would draw our attention to an item of interest. By the time we left, we were considering an entire living room make-over. Erica visited our home to observe the layout and made recommendations. She drew up plans, determined the best way to take advantage of various promotions, and a few weeks later we had an entire room on order. Once ordered, Pamela C. became our personal concierge. She emailed us throughout the next several months with updates on all the pieces being made, shipped, and stored. Once all the pieces were assembled, she arrange for Nativa's delivery team to meet us and Erica. Again, the delivery team was professional, respectful, patient (as Erica asked for items to be shifted left an inch, back to the right, etc), and efficient. We truly cannot say enough about how pleasurable an experience this was (said no one ever purchasing furniture!).

Working with Michelle Larson made a huge difference for us. We appreciate fine furniture but were tired of the high pressure sales or outright discounting that we received at other stores. She was accessible when we had questions but gave us plenty of time to experience the furniture and look through the fabric/leather options on our own. She was super accommodating in helping us position the fabric in various lighting situations. All in all, it was an enjoyable experience. We'd have been bummed if we hadn't found a piece at Nativa... we wanted to purchase from Michelle! Carolina kept us up to date on the delivery schedule every step of the way. Her emails were clear and concise which gave us confidence that the delivery would go off without a hitch. And it did! Jesus and ET let us know they were on their way and their work was impeccable. They were a pleasure to work with. Thanks for a great experience.

Very pleased with the entire experience. Our sales person was more than helpful and even came to the house to be sure the new sofa was the correct size. The sofa was delivered on time and the driver and his helper were very accommodating and very efficient. For future furniture needs, I would certainly go back to Nativa

I am extremely happy with the service I recently received from Nativa and Aldo Lopez. I had bought a sleeper sofa from Nativa several months ago, and because I expressed afterwards that the mattress was much harder than we had experienced at the Solana Beach store, Nativa replaced the entire mattress with a more comfortable mattress. We really didn't know until we had guests sleep in the original mattress that it was not what we were hoping, and Nativa could not have been more accommodating. It's a beautiful sofa, like the other quality furniture we have purchased from Nativa. And we are very happy now with the new sofa sleeper. Aldo Lopez was courteous, professional, and accommodating, and he has very good communication and customer service skills. I am happy to furnish further details if it would be helpful.
